Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at dmartinez949@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Store Credit or Replacement Only
• Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit equivalent to the amount paid for the item(s).
Store credit can be used for future purchases and will never expire.
• Replacement: If you prefer, we can exchange the item for a different size or color (subject to availability) once the returned item is received.
• Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer cash refunds or credit card reimbursements. Returns are eligible for store credit or replacement only.
